Irish speakers ‘not a threat’

SINN Fein has called for rights of Irish language speakers to be recognised in legislation in the North.

Caoimhe Archibald said there is a clear need for legislation to protect it.

The party’s Further and Higher Education Spokesperson added “the Irish language belongs to us all, it is not a threat”.
