Greens back plaza scheme

THE Green Party has backed plans to turn Dublin’s College Green into a civic plaza.

The proposal was submitted by Dublin City Council to Board Pleanala for approval.

Councillor Ciaran Cuffe is one of three public representatives who have made a submission.
