Nadia, who lost her Italian mother Berenice Paolozzi to cancer in 2015, met Dominic a couple of months before she passed away.
The Dubliner added: “I did hear that normally when somebody leaves your life somebody important comes into your life. Obviously at the time I didn’t realise he was going to be so influential.
