Another young life lost on road

ANOTHER young man has been tragically killed on an Irish road this weekend.

Emmett Mcclelland, 28, died after being hit by a car while walking near the Donegal/derry border.

The dad of one was on his way home after celebrating the christening of his baby son who will now grow up never knowing his father.

A man has been arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving.

Despite numerous appeals from the Road Safety Authority deaths on Irish roads are still too common.

Drivers must slow down and respect the speed limits before another young life is lost.
