Mortgage aid ‘being denied’

SEVEN out of 10 homeowners facing repossession have no legal help, it has emerged.

The figures are based on an Access To Justice study of 99 courts lists and 2,400 cases in December 2017 and January 2018 with ECB mortgage institutions. A spokesman said the data shows “no respect for human rights”.
