STAR SET TO TOP THE BILL
NICK WILLIAMS has had the Ultima Handicap Chase in mind for
since last October and today the plan could come to fruition.
The six-year-old has taken time to learn his job and his first five races over fences have been all about bringing him to a peak for Cheltenham.
Having run with credit in the first four over shorter trips, he was a different class to his rivals when dropping in class and stepping up in trip at Exeter last month.
As long as Lizzie Kelly (above) keeps him handy on the inner today he can put his previous Festival experience to good use.
At far bigger odds,
is worth an interest in the Supreme.
He was keeping on well when second to Beyond The Clouds at Musselburgh last time and, although he needs to improve, it’s possible in an open race.
