MO’S THE MAN
MO SALAH rescued Liverpool and dumped Manchester City out of the Champions League.
On a night when City boss Pep Guardiola was sent to the stands and the Blues had a perfectly good goal disallowed while leading 1-0, Salah crushed their hopes with a sublime finish.
Guardiola was sent to the stands for the second half by Antonio Mateu Lahoz, after striding on to the pitch to confront the Spanish referee.

ROMA produced a shock comeback with a late goal from Konstantinos Manolas to knock out Barcelona.
Manolas rose to head home a corner seven minutes from time as the Italians recovered a threegoal first-leg deficit to stun Lionel Messi’s side.
There was no suggestion Barcelona were taking it as read they had done all that was needed in the first leg, with Andres Iniesta, Luis Suarez and Messi all in the starting line-up.
But they were rocked after six minutes when Edin Dzeko, who scored the consolation at the Nou Camp, stole in behind the defence and steered home to offer Roma some hope.
Early in the second half, the home side moved to a goal of going through when Gerard Pique hauled down Dzeko in the box and Daniele de Rossi expertly converted from the spot.
Ter Stegen kept them in the tie 11 minutes from time when Stephan El Shaarawy’s acrobatic effort was clawed away by the Germany keeper.
But he was helpless four minutes later when Manolas met Cengiz Under’s corner and headed in to send Roma through.
