New laws NEW laws on the Costa Del Sol mean men going shirtless could be fined €750.
Women will not be allowed to parade around town in their swim wear.
And no one will be permitted to wear sex toys on their heads during hen and stag parties.
The mayor of Marbella said the new rules are designed to preserve the classy image of the city.
It is understood they will also apply in dazzling Puerto Banus.
Marbella’s city mayor Frederic Zomero said: “We have a city that is known all over the world for our image associated with quality tourism and with glamour. Sarah Burke went from a size 24 to a size 12.
The 27-year-old admitted feeling so down at the party in September 2012 that it kick-started something inside her.
Since then, she had shed more than seven stone.
Sarah, from Cork, said: “I was making jokes in large crowds about myself because I feared others were thinking how I was feeling, so I came home and joined a gym.”
It hasn’t been an easy road though and she tried every diet over the years.
However, it was joining Slimming World that changed everything.
Sarah explained: “I started out with personal training and healthy eating, I did that for a while but I just felt I had no life with the meal plan.
“Between the ups and downs of life I gave up training and joined Slimming World and I have never looked back since, even following the plan when I fell pregnant up until 38 weeks.
“I control my food now instead of food controlling me. I eat non-stop but all the right foods, I’m a takeaway addict so I now make my own takeaways that taste as nice if not nicer.”
