Ant out with Anne-marie and Hurley ANT Mcpartlin had a blazing row with his estranged wife Lisa about their dog Hurley just hours before his shameful drink-drive crash, it has been claimed.
Lisa, 41, told a friend she had spoken to Ant, 42, at lunchtime on Sunday, March 19, over whose turn it was to look after the labrador.
The friend said: “Lisa was at home with her dad when Ant rang.
“The conversation quickly got heated – it was to do with who should have Hurley next, as they are meant to be sharing custody. It quickly descended into angry words and swearing between them.”
Lisa’s father Derek was forced to intervene, the friend claimed. They said: “At one point, Lisa’s dad took the phone out of Lisa’s hand and firmly told Ant, ‘Don’t you dare speak to my daughter like that’.”
But one of Ant’s pals said: “Lisa is no angel in this. She would have been giving it back, and then some.
“There have been so many arguments over Hurley. It’s been rooted in the fact Lisa refused to believe the marriage was Estranged wife Lisa over and was being stubborn at every single turn.”
The row is thought to be one of the last times that Ant and Lisa spoke to each other.
A source said: “They don’t speak any more. They have a new agreement in place for Hurley, which is a set routine.”
Hours after Lisa and Ant’s row, the star crashed into two cars after losing control of his Mini while more than twice the drink-drive limit.
His mum Christine Woodhall and Hurley were in the car at the time of the crash in Richmond, South West London. Ant was later fined €97,000, equivalent to less than three days’ wages, after admitting drink-driving.
Now, as the divorce lawyers try to decide how to divide Ant and Lisa’s €70million fortune, he has begun a new romance with his PA Anne-marie Corbett, who split from her husband Scott in October.
We told yesterday how Lisa contacted Scott when she began to have a “niggling” feeling Ant and Anne-marie were seeing each other.
