LUKA MODRIC says Croatia are ready to rumble after seeing off Denmark in a penalty shoot-out.

Croatia face Russia in the quarter-final on Saturday and Modric (right) said: “From 2008 we never passed the first knockout game so it was very important for us to take the monkey off our back. This team has character, this team can do much more.”
