Mental health fight Sheridan in good place
Sheridan Smith SHERIDAN Smith has said she’s “in a good place” after dealing with her mental health woes.
The 37-year-old actress revealed she was struggling after being misdiagnosed for years.
The star’s health difficulties even caused her to bow out of a number if shows for West End production Funny Girl.
Speaking to BBC Breakfast, Smith said: “It did take a massive thing to come out and actually say, ‘I’m struggling and I need help’, so I understand that it is hard for people.
“Eventually, after years of going on different medication and just being wrongly diagnosed, I’ve got the right doctor now and I’m in a great place.”
