Balance is better living in South East

-

SHORT commutes and more disposable income are among reasons talent is drawn to the South East, it has been revealed.

And 95% of professionals who relocated to Waterford, Wexford, Carlow, Kilkenny or South Tipperary said their work/ life balance had improved.

Almost two thirds cited a commute of less than 20 minutes as a reason.

The South East Relocation Survey included responses from workers who have relocated from 20 countries.

IDA Ireland’s Brendan Mcdonald was among those to make the move.

He said: “I am delighted to be based back here.”
