Hub picks real estate partners
At big announcement THE Digital Hub has selected real estate specialists CBRE to provide outsourced integrated facility management services throughout its extensive campus site.
Following a competitive public tendering process, the contract was awarded to CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, a specialist division within the CBRE Group, which supports occupier clients of all sizes.
The Digital Hub, Ireland’s largest cluster of technology, digital media and internet companies, currently has over 70,000 sq ft lettable office space located across nine buildings and is home to 80 established businesses employing over 750 people.
