A COMPANY’S employer reputation is a key concern for 93% of jobseekers when deciding who to work for, it was revealed yesterday.

Job site Indeed also found employers now find it harder to hire talent.

Spokesman Chris Mcdonald said: “Prospective employees are as discerning as customers.”
