A NEW campaign against fake 999 calls has been launched in Portugal.. mocking Brazilian star Neymar, who has spent most of the World Cup in agony on the deck.

The National Institute of Medical Emergency is running a campaign on social media using a picture of Neymar’s theatrics (above) – saying that 75.8 per cent of calls are pranks.
