ROLLA TO ROCK AT CARLISLE

YOU’VE got five hours and 20 minutes to wait from Roaring Lion in the Coral-eclipse till Rock N Rolla runs at Carlisle — but the wait should be worth it.

By his own standards, Keith Dalgleish (below) has had a quiet time of it this season but

seemed as if he was running into form at Hamilton last time and this stiff Cumbrian track will play to his strengths.
