Little Acorns country Bakery correction

On 7 June, 2016, we published a report which included details of the successful prosecution by the HSE of Little Acorns Bakery, Cortown Road, Fordstown, Navan, County Meath.

We have been made aware that this report, as published, is incorrect.

Little Acorns Country Bakery was not prosecuted in any capacity, rather the prosecution pertained to Mr Viv Ginnity, an employee of Little Acorns Country Bakery.

We are happy to clarify the position and apologise for any confusion caused.
