Basketball star is killed

BASKETBALL player Tyler Honeycutt has died after a shootout with US police.

LA Police Department said a man appeared to have died of a “self-inflicted gunshot” after reportedly firing on officers.

The former Sacramento Kings star was on contract for Moscow’s BC Khimki.
