BECS’ DIET BEFORE
BREAKFAST: Full-fat sausages, bacon, fried bread or croissants with chocolate spread. LUNCH (with the children):
Sausages and mash.
LUNCH: Two portions of boil in the bag rice, sausages, veg, high sugar and salt stir-fry sauces. TEA (with the children): Fish
fingers, chips and beans.
DINNER: Big bowl of pasta, high-fat mince, high sugar and salt sauce.
SNACKS: Packet of Oreos, chocolate, oranges (2/3), apple, banana.
