Today’s photo shows members of rock band Queen at the Shaw Theatre in London during rehearsals for Live Aid. Guitarist Brian May sits at the front with singer Freddie Mercury, right. Their 20-minute set at the marathon charity concert stole the show. It sparked renewed interest in the group who completed one more world tour before Mercury began to lose his battle with Aids. He died six years later in November 1991.
