YOU SAY

I’d like to comment on the letter from the woman whose husband confessed to kissing one of her best friends at what seemed like a drunken party (Dear Coleen, June 15).

I think because he confessed and is doing all he can to prove he’s sorry, she ought to consider giving him another chance.

But the lesson for this couple, and many like them, is to be wary of situations where excessive alcohol plays a role. When everyone is thinking straight, this is less likely to happen!
