BRAY PAY DELAY JUST ‘HORRIBLE’

PAUL O’CONOR has described delay in wage payment at Bray Wanderers as a “horrible feeling”.

The Seagulls midfelder tweeted his dissatisfaction as PFAI bosses were locked in talks to get the players’ paid.

“The last time we were paid was 25 May, that’s almost seven weeks without any income,” O’conor wrote.

“It’s not OK to leave lads in this position for this long where they potentially can’t pay their bills/ provide for their families. A horrible feeling.”

Five players have now left the crisis club with Daniel Kelly joining Bohs yesterday and Craig Walsh completing his move to Longford Town.
