How to beat heat, Lamps

-

PREGNANT Christine Lampard takes it easy as she keeps in the shade for a stroll with husband Frank yesterday.

The Loose Women star, 39, wore a long, strappy dress and comfortable sandals for the walk in London’s baking hot Battersea Park yesterday.

She is due to give birth to her first child next month.

Frank, 40, already dad to Luna, 12, and Isla, 11, looked in relaxed mood after celebrating his first victory as Derby County boss against Reading on Friday.

Pope Francis visits this month friends and relatives of elderly people who may be interested in visit of Pope Francis to invite them to their homes.

She added: “Some people who are very staunch Catholics are not going because they say they wouldn’t be able for it.

“They are worried that something would happen to them.

“I have heard that friends are gathering and meeting in houses. It will probably generate a lot of conversations about the Church.

“This is also an opportunity for people to come together in an interesting and different kind of way. I would say to people to invite their [elderly] relatives and neighbours.

“It could be nice for people to sit around in a group setting and perhaps reminisce about the last papal visit.”

Ms Dempsey said she is keen to further increase awareness of the Senior Helpline which is free and is manned by volunteers who are themselves elderly.
