Their big grins suggest their cha-cha training is going well – although if we had toned tums like them, we’d be pretty chuffed with ourselves too. Ranj, 39, took partner Janette Manrara, 34, to work on the This Morning set, where he’s the resident medic.
He showed off some nifty dance moves on Instagram – but will he be sent away with a sick note tomorrow night? Comedian Seann, 32, was snapped by his partner Katya Jones, 29, with his T-shirt stuck to his body with sweat. Kat reckons it’s been worth it. She said:

Dancer in the making!!!” What Not to Wear star Susannah, 56, looked worse for wear in a mascara-streaked bath selfie. To perk herself up, she’s taking €100 horse joint supplements to get ready for the show. Posting a picture of the tablets on Instagram, she said: “This is what vets give to old, knackered horses who need their joints and tendons oiled. Taking one scoop day with water. #kidyounot@bbcstrictly #allthe helpicanget!” SNAPPY days are definitely here as Strictly returns to our screens.
Anticipation ahead of tomorrow night’s opening live show is now feverish.
