Panther can start four timer

-

CHAMPION trainer Willie Mullins is the man to follow at Wexford tomorrow where he has every chance of notching a four timer.

The trainer has a host of excellent chances across the card, beginning with Panther Soul in the opening maiden hurdle.

After making a winning debut on the flat a year ago this gelding was beaten at even money on his jumping debut at Gowran but he should do much better as a result of that experience.

He certainly has more to offer as a hurdler and expect him to deal with Barwell – an interesting recruit from the flat.

Mullins can then take the second with Sapphire Lady who is much better than she showed at Limerick two weeks ago.

A return to the form that saw her run so well at the Galway Festival during the summer will make her hard to beat.

Eight And Bob has yet to win for Mullins but he was second at Downpatrick last time and he can set the record straight in the first of the handicap hurdles.

Meanwhile, Miss

Chevious Girl has started her career with two solid runs in defeat and she won’t have to improve to take the bumper.

Gordon Elliott also sends a couple of likely contenders to Wexford with his Sometime Soon fancied to take the second maiden hurdle on the card.

He was beaten at odds-on at Fairyhouse earlier in the month but should do much better as a result of that outing.

Holy Motivation has put together some encouraging runs in defeat recently and these efforts earn her the verdict in the three mile handicap hurdle.
