Plea for poll posters ban

FINE GAEL candidate Paudie Coffey has called for a “contentious” ban on election posters.

He said: “Concern around plastic waste is reason enough to consider it. I am sure such a proposal will prove contentious, but why not let Waterford be the test area? We’ll soon find out if it works.”
