Luck comes in threes for €6k punter

A LUCKY punter won €6,000 from betting on just three Lotto numbers.

The Co Cork customer, who wishes to remain anonymous, placed a €4 treble in a Boylesports shop.

They defied the odds when 23, 27, and 44, came up in the draw.

Boylesports chief Leon Blanche, said: “Once again we have seen a small bet of €4 reap fantastic dividends.

“Our lucky customer is now €6,000 better off after they defied the odds of 1500/1 for picking three numbers in the Euro Millions draw on Tuesday night.”
