A MICHAEL D Higgins cuddly toy is to raise laughs and funds for charity.

A Teddy version has been unveiled of the Irish President that makes a giggling sound when its belly is pressed. It costs €20 with 10% of funds going to Our Lady’s Children’s Hospital, Crumlin.

Giggles Industries Limited said: “Miggle D Giggles will bring joy to old and young and unite the nation.”
