€223k just the ticket for two punters
Tuesday’s draw LOTTO chiefs yesterday revealed where the two players who scooped €233,000 in the Euromillions bought their tickets.
Both were just one number off claiming Tuesday night’s jackpot of €78million.
One punter bought their ticket online while the other was sold at Supervalu in Palmerstown Shopping Centre, Dublin.
A Lotto spokesperson said: “Our players are on a real hot streak in the Euromillions game at the moment.
“We are appealing to all ticket holders to check their tickets, particularly to players in Palmerstown.
“We are also urging all of our online players to check their accounts on www. lottery.ie.”
