Israel praises embassy vow

ISRAELI PM Benjamin Netanyahu has welcomed a decision by Brazil’s president-elect to move its embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem.

Mr Netanyahu praised it as “historic [and] correct”.

However, Palestinians called the move “provocative and illegal”.
