Ingredient­s:

• 1 tbsp olive oil

• 1 leek, trimmed and thinly sliced

• 1 courgette, trimmed and diced

• 4oz (100g) green beans, trimmed and chopped

• 2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed

• 2.5pt (1.4l) vegetable stock

• 8oz (225g) tomatoes, chopped

• 1oz (25g) vermicelli pasta

• 1.5oz (44g) can flageolet beans, drained

• 3 tbsp pesto sauce

• Crusty bread and freshly grated Parmesan cheese to serve
