Cycling routes ‘not a priority’

-

ONLY one in nine TDS rate the building of new infrastructure for cycling as their top priority, a survey has revealed.

However, almost 70% of deputies would like to see more public transport being introduced across the country.

And the research by Newstalk Breakfast found 16% want to make it cheaper.

Around 78% of TDS said they drove to work while 17% took public transport and 4% cycled.
