Travellers in 2-day limbo
In the NY terminal BRITISH Airways passengers suffered a two-day delay as they ended up stranded at two airports.
Gatwick-bound BA2036 was grounded at Orlando on Thursday with mechanical issues. A plane on Friday then diverted to JFK Airport, New York, where the passengers had to sleep on the terminal floor.
Passenger Rosie Watts said: “Deplorable service.”
They finally got back at 6.45am yesterday, 48 hours late. BA has apologised.
