Shirl wings a birdie dance

IT was poultry in motion when Strictly’s Shirley Ballas took a bag of roast chicken for a Saturday night dance in her dressing room’s shower.

And the nutty head judge, 58, also forgot to take off her high heels, petticoat and leopard print coat.

Egged on by a pal filming on a phone, she performed a cha-cha-cha-style dance while waving the bird around – then squawked “Chicken!” at the camera.

Such a plucky performance may make feathers fly with fellow judges. Maybe she shouldn’t have made a meal of it.
