Some 60% of British people suffer from or have suffered with a skin disease at some point during their lifetime.

Some skin conditions are manageable, others are severe enough to kill. The British Skin Foundation, the UK’S only charity dedicated to skin research, raises money to fund research for cures for skin disease and skin cancer.

Its commitment to funding quality research means it won’t stop until it has found cures for common skin problems, such as eczema and acne, through to potential killers – for example, malignant melanoma.
