Science Week urges you to get quizzical
PEOPLE are being urged to ask questions about the world as a part of Science Week.
Organisers hope to bring the subject to the fore of the public’s minds through fun and interactive events.
The #Stopandask drive encourages people to pose their questions on social media using the hashtag.
Last year’s event by the Science Foundation Ireland saw queries such as “Why do onions make me cry?” and “How do wireless phone chargers work?”
Hundreds of interactive events will take place including Zombie Science: Worst Case Scenario from Sunday.
