TOWN MUST GO WHOLE HOG

JONATHAN HOGG claims Huddersfield must build on their 1-0 win over Fulham by beating West Ham on Saturday.

David Wagner’s Terriers climbed off the bottom of the table with their first victory in 15 Premier League games and now have a run of less daunting fixtures after facing this season’s top four.

Christopher Schindler (left) ended their seven-month wait for a home goal, via a deflection off Fulham’s Timothy Fosu-mensah.

And Hogg (below) says it is vital they maintain that momentum at home against West Ham.

“Saturday is another massive game for us,” said the midfielder. “We know the importance of it before the international break.

“We had a hard run of fixtures before the

Fulham game. The next six or seven games are crucial. We’ve got teams who are in and around us in the bottom half of the table, so we know it’s an important time for everyone.” Aaron Mooy, who clocked up a century of appearances for Town against Fulham, said: “My childhood dream of playing in the Premier League happened here and I’m very happy to play 100 games for Town.”
