Chelsea’s England midfielder Ruben Loftus-cheek on loan in January.

Hammers manager Manuel Pellegrini wanted Loftus-cheek (below) to bolster his midfield for the second half of the season.

But Chelsea manager Maurizio Sarri has put a block on the midfielder, 22, going anywhere on loan.
