Nathan’s got real Corker of a gig planned
Nathan Carter CHRISTMAS has come early for country fans as it was revealed Nathan Carter will play a special gig in Cork next summer.
The 28-year-old has just returned from his second North American tour which saw him play nine cities including Chicago, Boston, Sacramento and Philadelphia.
Last month, Nathan released his autobiography “Born For The Road” and his new album of the same name which features 16 new recordings.
Carter will make a very welcome return to play Live at The Marquee Cork on June 14.
Tickets will go on sale next Tuesday at 9am and are sure to sell-out fast from Ticketmaster and usual outlets. NIALL Horan has reportedly split from his actress girlfriend Hailee Steinfeld.
The former One Direction singer and the Hollywood star called time on their relationship a few months ago due to their busy work schedules.
The 25-year-old musician from Mullingar, Co Westmeath, had been linked with Hailee since late last year. Reports said the pair “tried to make it work” but eventually ended up going their separate ways. Speaking to E! News, a source described their relationship as “young love”.
The insider said: “Hailee and Niall were going strong over the summer but split a few months ago and have been trying to keep it low-key.
“Hailee realised she had a lot on her plate and her work schedule was insanely busy.
“She was gearing up for a huge press tour for her new movie Bumblebee. [They realised they] would be apart for mass amounts of time.

“They really tried to make it work. It definitely was young love.”
Fans started to question whether the Slow Hands singer and the actress were still together after Niall didn’t wish Hailee a happy birthday on his social media accounts earlier this week.
She turned 22 on Tuesday and last year Niall declared his love for his “best friend” on Instagram.
Horan wrote: “Happy birthday to the loveliest person on the planet and one of my best friends @haileesteinfeld.” Neither of the young stars’ representatives have commented on their reported break-up yet.
Both Hailee and Niall kept tightlipped about their relationship status after it was revealed they were dating but Hailee did open up about being in love.
In an interview with Cosmopolitan she said: “When you fall in love you pick up on the tiniest things about yourself.
“I am one to spread [out] on the mattress and take up every inch of space. Now I don’t want to do that anymore. I want to make as much room for you as possible.”
