‘Irishman’ is hunted in sex attack probe
CCTV image UK police investigating a serious sexual assault are searching for a man they believe to be Irish.
Detectives released CCTV images of the suspect after a woman in her 30s was attacked.
They claim he “spoke with an Irish accent”.
The incident took place in an alleyway in Swindon at around 5am on July 29 last year.
A picture of the man was released at the time, but detectives were unable to identify him.
In a fresh appeal, police have revealed he either currently lives in Ireland or did so previously.
