Harry and Meghan will visit Morocco weeks from birth

- by RUSSELL MYERS Royal Editor

PRINCE Harry and heavily pregnant Meghan will visit Morocco just weeks before she is due to give birth.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are travelling to the country at the request of the British government and will stay from February 23 to 25.

It is believed Meghan will be about 30 weeks pregnant.

She has not revealed her exact date but last month told fans on a walkabout in Birkenhead, Wirral, she was due in late April or early May. A palace source said: “It’s a crossroads nation straddling the Arab and African worlds with good ties to Europe. The people of Morocco will be very excited.” The couple will follow Prince Charles and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, who visited in 2011. Princess Eugenie’s “backless” wedding dress and her tiara will be on display at Windsor Castle from March 1 to April 22.
