CHE’S ON TREV TAIL
CHE ADAMS is closing in on a record held by Birmingham’s greatest ever player.
He goes to QPR today out to score for a sixth league game in a row.
That would leave the 22-year-old just one behind Trevor Francis, who struck in seven consecutive matches.
Adams’ form has not gone unnoticed, with Burnley having a £12million bid knocked back last month.
Adams (left) is also bidding to be the first Blues player to score 20 league goals since 1995.
Boss Garry Monk said: “Of course I hope he does it – and I’m sure he will. But my only focus is on Che performing and doing the work for the team.”
