TV Dino ties knot with his new Mrs
MRS Brown’s Boys star Gary Hollywood tied the knot with his real-life sweetheart in a surprise wedding.
The actor, best known as gay hairdresser Dino Doyle in the hit comedy, caught friends and family by surprise at what was meant to be a birthday party for fiancee Cherylanne Mccutcheon.
The Glasgow-born funnyman invited 300 guests to celebrate the dental nurse’s 30th birthday at a hotel in Renfrewshire in Scotland – but he had an even bigger event in store. His wife-to-be appeared in a wedding dress and the couple exchanged vows in front of their nearest and dearest.
He told the Sunday Post: “Cherylanne found out I’d been arranging her surprise birthday party, so we decided why not get married because everyone we love and care about will be there.”
But the 39-year-old admitted: “It’s been a nightmare keeping everything secret, even from our families.”
Cherylanne added: “I wanted to shout from the rooftops that we were getting married. But I had to stay quiet.”
