Eoin calls time after club final
IN theory it’s still all to play for at either end of the table but it would take an unlikely set of results for Kerry not to make the final and for Cavan to avoid relegation.
If don’t lose in Roscommon, they will be in the final. Even if they do, they could only be denied if Galway and
Mayo both win handsomely enough to DIVISION FOUR NOTHING to report here with and already booked promotion with two games to spare in the bottom tier.
The counties will meet in the Division Four League final at Croke Park on Saturday week (March 30). Derry (P) Leitrim (P) Waterford Wexford Antrim Limerick Wicklow London

Similarly, if beat Tyrone, the only way they won’t be in the final is if a three-way tie develops between them, Mayo and Kerry and their scoring difference is the worst of those three.
can only qualify if Galway don’t beat Tyrone and they move ahead of them with a draw or a victory against Monaghan. If they match Galway’s result, they’ll lose out on the headto-head. W D 6 0 0 5 0 1 3 0 3 3 0 3 2 0 4 2 0 4 2 0 4 1 0 5

DIVISION THREE
THE waters are muddied in Division Three by the fact that the Louth-westmeath game didn’t go ahead last weekend.
aren’t up just yet but if they avoid defeat at home to they will be. can join them if they beat and Westmeath lose at home to Longford. In that scenario, the outcome of Louthwestmeath would be irrelevant.
But if or Louth win their last two games, they’ll definitely be promoted.
still have a shout but they need to beat Westmeath, who would also have to lose to Louth, while they’d require a favour from Carlow against Laois as

Brosnan was introduced as a second half sub in the Killarney outfit’s 12-point mauling at the hands of Galway’s Corofin, who retained their title in some style.
The 38-year-old has enjoyed a highly decorated career with the club, winning eight county titles, six Munsters and an All-ireland in 2017.
With Kerry, he won All-irelands in 2004, ‘06 and ‘07 in an inter-county career that was effectively divided in two.
In the first segment, Brosnan was a largely used as a dashing half-forward before being coaxed out of retirement in 2011, after which he mostly featured as a half-back.
He stood down from county duty for good in 2013, meaning that he just missed out on further All-irelands in 2009 and ‘14 owing to the timing of his retirements.
Posting on his Twitter account, Brosnan said: “After 22 years with the Crokes senior team, it’s time to hang up the boots. Last Sunday didn’t go our way and well done to Corofin. They are some side.
“I’m looking forward to cheering on the black and amber from the sidelines now.”
There is strong speculation that Kerry legend Colm Cooper, 35, who boasts the same medal haul with the club as Brosnan, also played his last game at senior level on Sunday while manager Pat O’shea, who guided Kerry to All-ireland success in 2007, is expected to stand aside too.
