THE DIARY

-

Don’t get me wrong, none of us know the answers to all of life’s questions.

But one guy you don’t expect to be dishing out advice is... Charlie Sheen.

Yet eight years after his infamous “tiger blood” meltdown, the Hot Shots star is doing the rounds of showbiz London offering up his share of, um, lifestyle gems.

Speaking at private members club Annabel’s, the ex-brat Pack actor, 53, said: “I’m just a guy who wants to do better for myself and those around me. I want to leave situations better than how I discovered them.”

And his new motto? “Enjoy every moment – it can all vanish in a heartbeat, or the absence of a heartbeat!”

Quite a turnaround for the man better known for the trail of destruction in his wake.

Like splitting with the mother of his second family in 2010, taking up with several “angels”(porn stars) and being fired from his hit sitcom Two and a Half Men in 2011. Then after a series of explosive public outbursts about having “tiger blood”, coming out as Hiv-positive in 2015. But the new-look Sheen, who is starring in a play at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane in summer, is celebrating one year sober after trading porn stars, booze and drugs for a 9pm bedtime and healthy lifestyle.

Her even managed to offer some good relationship advice. Asked what to look for in the perfect nanny, he said: “Make sure she is 10 times less hot than your wife.”

Lifestyle guru Gwyneth Paltrow may have some competition... and Charlie’s used to “Winning”.

It’s far too late for flowers,

Stephen Graham.

The Line of Duty star showed his softer side as he arrived at a screening of his new Channel 4 show The Virtues with wife

Hannah Walters.

But after seeing him unmasked as Balaclava Man, we bet his future with the anti-corruption team AC-12 isn’t quite so rosy.
