Una: I’m weddy to re-marry

Singer reveals she may marry again

- BY SIOBHAN O’CONNOR

UNA Healy has not ruled out getting married a second time after moving to Birmingham to be closer to her man.

The singer divorced her rugby player husband Ben Foden last summer after he admitted cheating on her.

They have two children – Aoife, seven, and four-year-old Tadgh – and Una has since moved on with former Limerick hurling captain and physio David Breen.

Her ex wed again in August, tying the knot with Jackie Belanoff Smith after two weeks of “seriously” dating.

And when asked if she would remarry, the Co Tipperary beauty told the Irish Mirror: “Never say never.”

She said: “I still live in the UK but I’d love to move back one day.

I keep saying it but

I do feel at home in the UK.”

The niece of country star

Declan Nerney is back in the studio as she celebrates turning 38.

She added: “I’ll be

21 forever. Aoife knows I’m 37, but with

Tadhg I can tell him whatever age I like, the innocence and then they lose it.

“Aoife was going around telling everyone in the school how old I was last year.”

Forever indebted to her uncle, she said: “Declan has been a huge influence and inspiration in my life, he’s my Godfather too so he’s always been there to guide me.

“He’s really played that role for me, he’s been brilliant and my Godmother is his sister Biddy. I’ve been blessed to have lovely Godparents.”

The former Saturdays star has been a judge on the Voice Of Ireland and hosted Una’s Dream Ticket, but now she’s calling time on TV work to focus on new music and her radio show.

She added: “I host a country music show here in the UK called Country Hits Music. I have a great love for it so I guess that reflects in my writing.”

The star was in Dublin yesterday to launch her new Littlewoods Collection – Edit by Una Healy.

She said: “I’m so excited to be part of this, they’re all key pieces from the Autumn Winter Collection and I feel other people will love them too.”
