Love Island norovirus could axe new series

AS a nasty tummy bug sweeps the Winter Love Island villa, odds are on the new series being scrapped altogether.
Contestants are said to be under quarantine as crew members were hit with the norovirus.
And with viewership figures dipping, leading bookmakers have priced up the show being cancelled altogether.
Paddy Power make it just 5/1 that filming has to be paused and it’s rated 12/1 this series will be axed.
Meanwhile, Sophie is priced at 6/4 to break it off with Connor and recouple with someone else after he threw a tantrum in last night’s episode.
And Mike and Leanne’s chances of winning are getting stronger as they’re now the 7/2 favourites.
A spokesman said: “Watching Love Island can often leave you with a sense of nausea thanks to cheesy chat-up lines, bad two-pieces and irritating contestants.
“None of that compares to a potential norovirus outbreak amongst the cast, which could lead to a pause in filming and even cancellation of the show.
“Though at least the sickness bug could give Sophie and excuse to get away from Connor, who had a hissy fit over nothing last night – our odds are short that she decides to bin him off.”

The body guru credited with cutting Adele down to size has revealed the secret was “green juice”, exercise and a diet of 1,000 calories a day. Camila Goodis, 36, trained the singer at her LA mansion after being introduced by Robbie Williams’ wife Ayda Field, 40. Camila said: “She’s working out but, I think 90% of it is diet.” The Brazilian told ITV’S Lorraine. “It’s a good diet to shed the weight. The first week is intense – green juices and only 1,000 calories.” But she’s not saying what is in the green juices that gave Adele, 31, her new look, revealed on a holiday to Anguilla in the Caribbean. But Camila said: “She doesn’t look too thin – she looks amazing.”
