Rachel booted out of Love Island but pledges to return

RACHEL Finni has become the second person to be dumped from the Love Island villa.

The Londoner wasn’t chosen by any of the boys in the recoupling which left her single and, as a result, she was sent home.

But the 29-year-old has pledged to return to the villa if producers of the ITV2 show would have her.

She said: “I would beg to go in. I’d be unapologetic, strong and forthright. I would definitely go back in and be ready to stir the pot until it broke.

“The last two days people are starting to do things that didn’t match their personality when they went in,”

Rachel was the second to be axed after Shannon Singh was booted off less than 48 hours into the contest.

As well as a recoupling, last night’s show also saw the islanders take part in a food challenge that involved reconstructing a roast dinner with thrown food.

The boys hurled pieces of meat as the girls attempted to catch it, followed by the second round where the boys passed the rest of the meal using only their mouths.

Speaking with Brad in the Beach Hut, Lucinda said: “I think we work really well together. You take things quite seriously. You’re quite competitive.”

Meanwhile, Millie had some reservations about her relationship with Liam – who is three years her junior.

He asked her: “Are you happy?” She then asked: “Do you think there is a difference because of our age gap?”

Liam says: “No. Do you?”

Millie says: “Just a little bit. I don’t really know what it is.

“Maybe I’m overthinking it. You are wanting a proper relationship, right?”

Liam then added: “That’s what I’m here for.”
