INFLUENCER Suzanne Jackson had to be hypnotised to continue on Dancing With The Stars after almost quitting over her jive blunder.

Suzanne said she was left full of panic and anxiety after the dance floor gaffe during the third show left her feeling like she wanted to walk away.

The Dubliner, 38, told how she decided to seek help so she could continue with her pro dance partner Michael Danilczuk on the hit RTE One contest.

She said: “I went to a hypnotist on Friday for three hours.

“A friend of mine got in contact with me when I was really up the walls on the Tuesday and said, ‘My friend knows a hypnotist, his name is Karl Curtis. He’s down in Drogheda’.

“He definitely deserves a shoutout. I was just fuelled with nerves and anxiety. I can’t describe it. I could feel the burning in my chest. It’s obviously too much cortisone.” Suzanne told how the fear ahead of the show was nothing like she had ever experienced before.

She added: “It was just lights out and I didn’t want that to happen again... so I said f**k it, what have I got to lose?

“Michael and I finished rehearsals and I went down to him [Karl]. He was brilliant. I don’t think I could’ve stepped out there if I hadn’t gone to him because he totally trained me how to think.

“Like it was pure panic. I’ve done TV before but there is nothing like the pressure out there. Nothing like it.”

Suzanne said she felt the “biggest sigh of relief ” when she was voted to remain in the contest on Sunday.

She added: “Like I was probably the most nervous about this weekend because I knew everyone was watching to see the comeback.”
