EVA Longoria looked impressively toned as she showed fans her gruelling workout routine.

The mum-of-one worked up a sweat as she was put to the test by her personal trainer.

Eva, 48, donned a white vest top and nude skintight leggings for her exercise session and chucked her brunette locks up in a casual up-do which was secured by a claw grip.

The actress could be seen squatting with a kettlebell and pushing heavy weights.

Eva regularly updates her fans with her fitness regime and motivates her followers to follow suit. in the back of a family car, so we collect directly from your home.

“Businesses like furniture retailers and hotels also face logistical issues with old mattresses so we are delighted now to extend our hassle-free collection service across Dublin city and county.

“Basically, we make it easier for individuals, businesses and county councils to dispose of mattresses sustainably.”

BBR’S success has garnered significant attention for their success and they will feature on RTE One primetime show Nationwide at 7pm tonight.

Keith said: “It’s great to see a Travellerled business being profiled on national television. It’s also a huge boost to our efforts to stop hundreds of thousands of mattresses being dumped by recycling them instead.

“The programme will show how we break down each mattress by hand.

Viewers will see for themselves what happens to the mattress after pick-up, and the positive impact that opting to recycle a mattress has on wider society.” BBR’S sister enterprise, Bounce Back Upcycling, which is run by Traveller women will also feature.

BBU refreshes furniture, including upholstery and runs a shop selling recycled furniture, household and fashion accessories. Both say they want to continue the long Traveller tradition of mending, reusing and recycling.

BBR administrator Nicola Devers says the public and private sectors need to act now to reduce mattress waste and turn it into a valuable resource instead.

She added: “Ireland is fast running out of landfill space and... a mattress takes around 100 years to decompose, so it makes no sense to send it to landfill.”
